Dots and Spots
Becky Peabody produces a collection of unique, vibrant and contemporary prints and cards for all occasions, greeting cards, post cards, gift tags and place settings.
The designs are created by Becky in her small Somerset studio, nestled in the shadows of the beautiful Mendip Hills. It is in her studio, affectionately known as the ‘icebox' in winter and the ‘sauna' in the summer, that Becky creates her unique, vibrant hand collaged images from a range of recycled, reclaimed or hand designed papers. Becky has studied in both the UK and USA and her love of spotty everyday things strongly influences her work.
Each design is created from a collage of different papers, either torn or cut, and layered carefully to produce the images you can purchase today. The original image is then printed in Somerset, before Becky then embellishes each print with paper, buttons and/or fabric to create a truly unique piece of art.
