Raspberry Pate de Fruit

Pronounced "Paht -de- fwee". A traditional french gourmet confection made with lots and lots of real fruit and dusted with sugar. A blood orange version was served at the Royal Wedding reception! These are not quite jellies, more like a cube of thick flavoursome jam. Min 50g. Ingredients: Sugar, raspberry puree, glucose syrup, pectin. Suitable for vegans!
