However, should you wish to return any items, for refund or exchange, please notify us within 48 hours and return the goods, within 7 days, in re-saleable condition in their original packaging at your expense. Personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty. Goods should be returned to the address supplied in the dispatch notice. Postage and packaging costs are non refundable unless items are faulty. Please obtain a proof of postage. The Little House is not responsible for returned items which fail to reach them.
