While we are sure you will be delighted with your print, we will refund or exchange items within 14 days of purchase. Any items returned must be in the original saleable condition that you received them from us, with all packaging and cello wrapping intact. Please contact us prior to returning an item.
You will need to cover the cost of return postage and there will be an additional postal charge if you exchange an item. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly, we will refund the cost of any postage due.
You are responsible for the item until it reach us. Therefore, for your own protection, we suggest you obtain proof of postage.
We will contact you once we have received the package to tell you that your return is being processed. Please allow 28 days for processing the refund or exchange.
We regret we are unable to exchange or refund personalised or bespoke items unless faulty.
