Our keepsakes are handmade and hand painted to order so that your keepsake will truly be unique. We cold cast each one individually resulting in a ceramic-like ornament that is then hand finished, hand painted and decorated with extreme care and lots of love. We put a great deal of effort into our colour choices and continuity of shades. Colours will be as close as possible to the website; unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour on your computer monitor. If the shade of a colour is very important to you please contact us and we will do our best to help. Samples of actual paint colours used are available and free of charge, just let us know what address you would like the colour card sent to. We carefully source the embellishments, ribbons etc we use to decorate and enhance the keepsakes. We aim to keep more than sufficient numbers in stock, however occasionally the embellishments, ribbons etc may vary slightly due to supplies being either temporarily or permanently unavailable. We use environmentally friendly paint and varnish which are made in the UK. Our crystal clear display boxes are a "box for life" also made in the UK. We encourage re use of our gift wrap and jiffy bags. All our designs are original and are covered by copyright. It is an infringement of copyright to copy in full or in part any of the designs shown. ****** Our keepsakes are fragile personalised decorative ornaments created truly for you and as such are NOT TOYS. Whether you chose to order for yourself or give one as a gift including a special message to a loved one or mark a special celebration or festivity, we must emphasise that our keepsakes are ornaments, purely intended for decorative use, and are not designed for children under the age of 14 to play with. They must always be kept well out of the reach of children. Any keepsakes you wish to display by hanging on a Christmas tree or similar must be hung at the top of the tree and always kept well out of the reach of children ****** Packaging - The crystal-clear display box supplied with every keepsake is a "box for life" which protects your keepsake and ensures it stays in pristine condition. Important information regarding the safe use of the keepsake is also clearly visible through the box. Christmas tree decorations must only be removed from the box when placing at the top of your tree and safety guidelines must always be adhered to. The tissue paper is non-toxic and acid-free, and we would like to encourage customers to reuse it along with the gift wrap and external packaging. Our gift wrap is top quality silver glitter wrapping paper with a gift tag to match, curling ribbon is supplied as pictured but in a colour to complement your chosen keepsake. PERSONALISED INFORMATION - We cannot stress enough how important it is to spell a person's name correctly, often names sounding the same can be spelled very differently. Please always DOUBLE CHECK spellings of your loved one's name, dates and any message before placing your order to avoid disappointment. Once we receive your order we start work on it immediately in order to despatch it as soon as possible, therefore mistakes CANNOT be rectified after your order has been placed. If you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information in your order then we cannot be held liable. Obviously if the mistake is ours then a full refund or replacement will be provided as soon as possible. Any information you provide will never be shared, rented, sold, or traded to any other party and is only used for the purpose you intended. We treat your details as personal and confidential. DELIVERY: It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Our aim is to post all orders within 3 business days by first-class post. We accept no responsibility for goods lost when we have despatched them to the address provided by you. We mainly only deliver to destinations within mainland UK. We send our items by first-class post but we cannot be held liable for any delays caused after posting.
