Gift Wrapped & Gorgeous founders Amanda Charteris and Alison Griffiths both have first hand experience of being a Designer Maker.

Amanda successfully ran her own wedding design business, which is how she met Alison who provided Amanda's brides with exquisite wedding jewellery make to order.

Amanda found through her extensive research that the most unique, bespoke and beautiful designs are found tucked away at wedding fairs, craft fairs and little mews workshops where talented British Designers work tirelessly to create the most exquisite and high quality items ever seen. She decided along with Alison who shared her beliefs in this area, that they should set up a new business to help market and promote these amazingly talented creative people and provide a beautiful marketplace for them to showcase their wares to an appreciative national and international audience.
